We are happy to report F&M Bank’s placement in the American Banker’s Top 200 list again in 2019 for our 3-year ROAE (Return on Average Equity) of 10.45%. Over 600 banks are included in the American Banker survey, making this recognition quite an honor. This year F&M Bank ranked 116th overall and 6th among the Virginia banks that made the list. Virginia accounts for approximately 40 of the 601 banks included in the survey.

On Monday, June 17^th, F&M Bank will be migrating to a new MyCardRules administrative platform. To help ensure you are operating on the latest version of the MyCardRules app and your username is not duplicated, on migration day, please log out of your account. On June 17th, the phone number for the bank's hot card center will be udpated to 888-297-3416. Please, be sure to add this number to your phone's contacts. The hot card center can be dialed after regular banking hours if you believe your Visa check card is either lost or stolen, or you suspect fraud on your account. The card will be de-activated so no one else can use it. During regular banking hours, feel free to call our Customer Support Center at 540-896-8941.

Also beginning June 17th, please add text short code 96923 to your contacts as F&M Bank Fraud Center. When you receive alerts about suspected fraudulent transactions you will know it is the bank sending the text and can respond if the transaction is fraud or not. If you respond that the transaction is not fraudulent, your card will be unblocked, you will be able to try your transaction again, and it will be approved.
